I just picked up a new little girl last night, named Godiva. Right now she's just a foster, but I might end up keeping her. She's about a year old(birth date says December 2013) and came from Petco. Petco has had her since she was 2 months old. She was bought three times, but brought back every time because she's a biter. The manager from Petco called me yesterday and asked if I could take her. For now, I'm just going to work on her with her biting and see how that goes. I named her Godiva because she looks just like the two biters I have(who don't bite anymore), Nestle and Hershey.

What a sweetheart and I love her name. Poor little girl, I hope you can help her learn not to bite. She looks like she may be a Waardenburg. Do you think she is?

Thank you! I didn't think about her being a Waardenburg, but that's possible. She does have that kind of look to her

Waardenburg's are so special. They seem to have so much love to give. If she is, we have alot of ferrents who can offer some extra advice to help you understand how their little minds work. You've had a good number of ferrets though, have you ever had any with WS?

The only one I've had is Yogi. And he's definitely a special little one. So sweet

Oh goodness.. poor baby. It makes me so sad that people aren't willing to put in the proper time/energy to train their pets. Why do they expect them to be perfect little angels right off the bat!? I'm so glad she is in your care now... good luck with the training!!

Pretty! Beautiful little lady. So glad that someone out in the world has a big enough heart to care for the misunderstood furries of the world <3

Awwww, so cute! I love her name (I like names that match or have a theme). I'm glad you took her in when nobody else would give her a good home. Poor girl, I imagine the last few months have been pretty stressful for her.

She is adorable, she does seem to have the Wardy look, my Wardy Milo is the sweetest thing and my biggest ferret of all of them. Wardies are super special and come with some challenge, may explain why she is a biter. She will take some work, but I am sure you will be able to help her with her biting issues

Echoing all the cuteness and hopeful sentiments here. She's lucky to find you, sounds like you know what you're doing! Love the name too

UPDATE: Godiva is now best friends with Nestle. She still does bite(of course, it hasn't been long), but not as much. She mostly bites feet and ankles.
