If nothing else you can keep trying to feed her oil and even a little normal, unscented Vaseline in an emergency like this to maybe lubricate things enough to pass.
Hang in there, I feel for you!
One of my guys just ate a huge chunk of a rope hammock a few days ago and ought to have been blocked up and/or dead this week given the amount missing I found and the fact that he had two huge poops full of hammock, then the next day he had two more poops full of hammock telling me he has a bunch sitting in his stomach like a floating blockage. Not only was he not vomiting and eating normally, he's still been careening around the house like a maniac full tilt like nothing is wrong. He is seriously the champion miracle ferret when it comes to eating things and not blocking, his intestines must be huge. I have been feeding him some oil daily since I found out he ate the hammock to help lubricate and push things out. Knock on wood, no problems yet and I haven't found any more red poops, I am hoping he just haves normal poops now. I was really worried he'd block with the food coming in behind it since he has been eating still and it would start festering into a bacterial overgrowth.

Surgery for a blockage?
I'm so sorry you're having to go through this, I know how stressful emergency visits can be. When mine had her surgery I was a complete wreck, couldn't even go to school I was so worried. But you just have to trust that the Vets know what they're doing, and do everything they can to save our little animals because that's why they are there.
Praying for Gilly, that she recovers quickly and everything smooths out.

Yes, we did the blockage protocol all weekend when we couldn't get her into a vet that would do x-rays. Her stomach is like a huge balloon. I was amazed that she was still alive this morning. She hasn't eaten a bite since Saturday I have the only liquid she has gotten was via syringe and the lactator ringer solution they gave her Saturday night. She has only peed and poo'd a drop in the last 3 days.

I hope she is okay. Poor little might, and you must be so stressed out and distraught.

Gilly is home from surgery. She swallowed a foam ear plug. She must have gotten from a box while it was being unpacked. They have all been great little helpers with unpacking.
The vet said we got her in just in time as her intestines were starting to turn purple. The vet said if that had happened they would have had to remove part of her intestines.
I broke down couldn't stop crying earlier. But she is home now and doing ok. Nax has been fighting tooth and nail to get to her, but the vet says to keep her isolated and calm for the next 14 days. No running, no playing ect.

Thank goodness she's okay <3 I hope that when you're feeling up to it you'll give the vets who refused to see her a call.

I am furious at them but I understand they don't take "exotic" but still...
I do have to say though, that I am very happy with the vet that did Gilly's surgery. She also gave us the number of a 24 hour clinic that does take ferrets if something happens after hours or on weekends.
