I can usually push the two halves of the capsule back together - but I live in a DRY climate - if you live elsewhere, reassembling the capsules might be a different story if the capsules do not reassemble, you might want to consider keeping the "dumped contents into a container with a tight lid. you could themn use a capsule half as a measuring scoop? I know you'll figure out a workable solution - but what a pain.....when i visit Florida, the humidity makes it harder to pull my jeans over my fat butt - in colorado - I don't have this problem - and my butt is no smaller in colorado - LOL!!! -jennifer

No, they're the kind I can pull apart. It's just a pain because if I put one back after taking out a quarter of the contents it spills all over the inside of the bottle. lol. What I use to do was take three small squares of wax paper (approx 2") and add the reishi,then fold it .......whatever way to contain the reishi. I just reuse the wax paper until it wears out. It worked great for me.
