Hi my must have for the list is kitten replacer milk it has all the vits and minerals they require a tin lasts quite a while ( as you only make up enough warm as you need its in powdered form ) good for sick ferrets growing ferrets baby ferrets old ferrets and simply as a treat and a vit and mineral supplement once or twice per week ! I also add it dry to say a meat mush I am wizzing up for a sick ferret in the blender as it boosts things up in answer to your egg question a hard boiled egg is extra protien and because its cooked it can be given often without causing problems ( as can warm scrambled egg I often feed this to babies and sickies too ) hope this helps I dont have a first aid box I have a trunk lol take care bye for now Bev

I started using the vibactra along with parvaid when Meeteef had an ulcer and we were treating him holistically. We actually worked with one of the science techs at Ambertech because we weren't sure it would work with ferrets but it does and you can use it safely. It does have alcohol in it but you can heat it off if you're concerned. We used the Vibactra to treat the virus and the parvaid was to help treat the dehydration and mineral imbalances. It's normally used to treat puppies with Parvo. ciao
