I can't wait till my 2 year old out grows her pink and brown plushy blanket.. Luna will for sure love it. I have even thought of making them a hammock from it with a pouch type area. I am just hoping the baby doesn't decide it's her carry around blanket lol!! Ash likes the receiving blankets, luna likes the plush and thermal type.

With the little time they DO spend in their cage, my girls will sleep in the hammock together, but if only one of them is in the cage, they will sleep on the floor in the blankets

My girls love their hammocks! Mostly the one that's just a piece of fleece, tied to the cage under the top level. They seem to like that it's sort of hidden.
When I first brought Kaylee home, she'd use one, and River would use another. Now they sleep together, and when River hears me and comes running, she wakes Kaylee up so she comes running too. (Kaylee is deaf and sleeps VERY deeply, I can't wake her most times) Kaylee will yell at River for leaving her alone in the hammock. Silly girls.

Mine do. Juliet and Caillou have their favorite one- which is a cube hammock that's like 3 years old and the bottom of the inside is so torn up they'll probably fall through the bottom of it soon enough. They also love this little tiny hammock that would barely bit a large ferret- but they both manage to sleep in it together. They'll literally lay on top of each other, sometimes I'm afraid my 4lber boy is going to suffocate my petite little girl. Haha. My older little girl, Neichei would sleep in them- but she can no longer climb the ramp to get to the shelves so she hasn't been in a hammock for a while.

My oldest will kick his mates out of 'his'hammocks, both of them. I put a small dog bed in there and the 5mo Choose to sleep there mostly. However my 10 wk old I find often sleeping in his litter ?

All ferrets are different. They each have their own personality,in my opinion they have more personality than most humans lol. Some like hammocks some don't, my ferrets use everything haha not picky at all. Zen just plops where ever he's at even the cold hard flood when they are running around. But he's just a lazy fatty.

Most of my ferrets like hammocks though Jasper will sometimes prefer to sleep in a blanket instead, I usually get a fuzzy pile in hammocks with Bandit at the bottom getting squished but she doesn't seem to mind.

Neither of mine use it, I have a tube hammock that smokey the bigger one uses from time to time but they prefer to sleep in their towels or this fleece sack in their cage. Theyre usually out of the cage though (usually in the cage 5-6 hours a day), and when they sleep outside the cage I always find them under my covers or in my sweatpants. I think they prefer in general to sleep in something covered or warm, I feel like theyd use the hanging hut beds with some blankets in them. I rarely find them sleeping out in the open, usually I have to look for them to put them in the cage when I go to work.

My ferrets love to pile up in a large, soft hammock. Kaytee/SuperPet makes a great fleece hammock, although it may be too warm when the Summer heat ramps up.
