Great! I love cooking butternut or acorn squash so I'll just give them some too, unsalted or anything. I just boil it down.

Just my two cents: I've used baby food butternut squash and it works fine. I usually mix it up with either ground meat (if they're having it that week) or with their organ meals. Apparently kidney, liver, and squash soupie is QUITE the delicacy.
