Yeah, Kyrie is the little trouble maker. And we're not sure of Cam's breed but the local vet says he's got alot of Australian Shepard in him. His mom is a little black mutt. Yeah they're kinda (alot) cute.
It's the kibble petco had them on and we haven't switched to something better yet. We were thinking of getting wysong from a site but is it the best for them or is there any better brand. I want the very best so I can stave off illnesses as long as possible.
My babies thank you for all the kind words.

The very best is, of course, raw/whole prey. Not practical for a lot of us due to expense, and in your case, no where to store it, or fix it. So...Wysong's Archetypal 1 Ferret is a really good freeze dried. Other good freeze dried's are Stella and Chewy's, or AFS. You can order all of them at www.caseyshiddenpantry.com/If you prefer a kibble, check out this list: moredooks.herobo.com/search.php?chart=ferretThe advantage of the freeze dried raw is you can actually start a modified type of switch for them. It should as a rule be reconstituted, else the same problems with dehydration will happen like with the kibble. And once they are used to the wet fd, it's nothing to start slipping bits of ground meat in on them ;D

I know some people get three or four different kinds of kibble because their kids are picky so that if they like something and it goes out off production theyve always got backups. I like to think thats also because the more variety the better the balance of nutrition, the kibble chart sherry posted is quite helpful

You can switch virtually any ferret, but with some it takes a bit more....stubborness....on your part than with others ;D Always make any switch gradual, so as not to upset tummies.
