Actually, now that you mention it Rose, have you ever noticed how much fun little boys seem to have in the bathroom? You can hear them in the school from down the hall creating toilet adventures. Perhaps, that is what Vincent is doing--having a potty adventure ... or something.

That's so gross. Brady's belly is riding pretty low these days and sometimes he gets himself wet when he pees. But oh how frustrated I'd be if he did it on purpose!

Ha ha ha! Vincent is not alone! I have one in each playgroup that has to dig the wet newspapers and "ferret" under them as soon as they get a corner up. Forget potty pads - can't use them, they tear them up so they can play inside them.

To be honest- that's why I use paper! I figured why waste the cash on something they are just going to tear apart anyway ;D

oh vincent! why must you torment your mommy like this! actually Sherry, my ferret Sonny does that sometimes. i think he just likes to tear up wet newspaper! actually, he will rip up the newspaper when it is dry too. he is an only ferret so when he tears up the wet newspaper, this is his own urine that he is getting on his paws. when he's half asleep he will run to his newspaper to pee and then his fat belly hangs low. he'll let out a big yawn while he's peeing. (Amazing how much like humans they are.) then, his tummy gets all wet with pee and i have to clean him.

When Kenai goes potty he spreads his legs soooooooooo wide! that his fat little belly hangs down too. He is basically resting on his belly with his legs splayed out sometimes. I have found dried urine on his belly before, and poop on his paws and his tail. Gross! lol Where Koda's Pee-Belly (as we call it) is just a little wet around his penis, Kenai's Pee-Belly usually consists of a decent sized streak down his belly. *shakes head* We often wait a few minutes before picking him up or tickling him after he pees. And I have had to wash his little white Mitts a few times when he stepped him poop and managed to cover his foot in it. ;D Koda thankfully, is meticulous. Sometimes TOO much as when using the paper boxes (at Shane's house - at home they have litter) he will not go in it if it has been used. We have to keep an Eagle Eye on all litter boxes and refill the paper once it has been used or Koda will decide it is too dirty for his Princely Paws to touch and will instead go on the carpet next to the box.

Haha, thankfully I don't have these issues with my girls! Pixie is similar to Koda, very meticulous. Never gets her feet in the dirty spots. Trixie is a bit...absent minded and occassionally will step in dirty spots. My newest, Dixie ... doesn't use the litter box often enough to determine But we're getting there... slowly...

Eww! Once we get our taxes in I plan on making a batch of those fabric rip- and water-proof potty pads I posted about a while back. So far my test ones have held up great...a fert could still roll on it to get stinky if he were really desperate, but at least there wouldn't be wet shredded paper to deal with as well

[/quote] We have that issue in my house with two of my girls. If someones gone in it, forget it, they aint using it.. they will go right beside or in front of the box. Little princess feets shall not have pee pee or litter stuck to them. One time I was really determined that Anks would not pee outside the box and I kept tossing her back in the litter box, and one of the others ran up and bit my foot and distracted me for 1/2 a second and when I looked back up.. anks was next to the box peeing and HISSING AT ME! Such..a..brat..
