Plus, maybe AJ's seizure was really caused by the gas, not the chins? That seems like it makes more sense.

Wow..I just...wow. Words cannot describe. The individual who put the wrong fixing in your furnace... May your lovely chins RIP. They are truly special beings and I'm sure they are continuing to look out for you, even now

Not many people can say that their pets saved their lives, like yours did. It is really an amazing sacrifice. They were your guardian angels weren't they?

This is not the first time they saved me. I really fight with depression... I just hope they can rest now. I dont think I will be getting any more chinchillas...

(((((hugs))))) Give yourself some time before deciding that. I can't begin to imagine the grief and pain of losing that many at one time. But you are a fantastic chin mamma.

((((biiiig hugs)))) My ferrets have been an incredibly powerful part of my road to recovery from bipolar. Especially a few bad nights before I went to the hospital. Animals are incredible...I am sure your chins will always be looking out for you As far as getting more goes...I agree with Sherry, give it some time. As much time as it takes. You are an amazing chin mum and your babes were so, so lucky to have you.

with Sherry freyamarie it may feel like you don't want to get more now but give it time I'm sure your chin's would want other chin's in time to have a great chin mamma like you for two reasons 1 they would want other chins to experience life with a loving caring chin mamma 2 cause they know how much they helped you smile and they would want to see you smile again don't give up it might take some time but your such a gr8 chin mamma that you shouldn't give up

Everyone else has basically said what I wanted to say. I'm so happy you guys were able to find the problem so fast. It's scary that it could've been even worse than it was. RIP sweet chins

I'm glad you found the cause. I can't imagine... Was this natural gas for the furnace or carbon monoxide exhaust fumes? I guess you know what a natural gas leak could have done.
