Im getting 2 ferrets from someone on Craigslist, she said she feeds them Marshall's, which I hear it kinda sucks. I was thinking of switching them over to evo ferret food and totally ferret Active And totally ferret turkey & venison. Would that be good or worse? Any suggestions?

Marshall's is terrible. Out of those 3 I would personally only use the Evo, the other two are not so great. Have you considered trying a raw meat diet at all?
I can link you a great kibble chart when I get home from work tonight that would show you just how bad Marshall's is and what other available options are out there.

I feed mine a mix of kibbles to avoid imprinting on a single formula. I also feed commercial raw a few times a week. All the kibbles I feed are grain free, have at least 40% protein, at least 18% fat, and no more than 3% fiber.
Wysong Ferret Epigen 90 (best on the market as mentioned by above poster) Zupreem Grain Free Ferret Wellness Core G.F. Original Formula cat/kitten Orijen 80/20 poultry/fish G.F. cat
The better the food, the more nergetic the ferret & less the ferret smells
