Don't feel bad - once you're at the chunk stage you don't have to post every day. I've been busy too Just keep up what you're doing

I gave them their meals today, stewed beef and turkey neck. They DUG right in. They're loving it! Pandora was VERY ambitious with the turkey neck, she picked up a piece of bone that couldn't really even fit in her mouth (everyone was asleep, couldn't hammer too much) and she gnawed it until it was 1/3 the size! They're getting large chunks now I would say larger than thumbnail size and they love it! I cannot wait until they start eating fuller chunks. As for this week, their menu is very comparable to last week. I definitely got sloppy since I've got so many things on the go right now. Tomorrow I definitely plan to stop in to an asian super market and grab enough meats and variety to last them months! I will make a new menu as soon as I do Tomorrow is beef lung and duck wing day.... Yuuuum. ;D

Okay, today they're not eating much. I think its just because it's summer, Pippa is losing all of her darker fur and it looks like she's turning into a silver I went to the market earlier and picked up organs and such but I also did get a chance to pick up 2 cornish game hens and 6 quails I would like to cut them out and portion them but how do I do that? I also picked up some goat leg steak since I wasn't sure if they could chew the bones from goat or not.

Awesome! It's normal to have appetite fluctuations as the summer increased.
For CGH, I cut them in half (up the spine with poultry shears) and then I cut those in half. So I have two pieces of wing + rib + breast and two pieces of lower spine + leg + thigh. One quarter feeds my girls for almost 2 whole meals in the summer.

No problem The goat legs will be too dense. But you could offer them the marrow from the inside, as well as the meat

Ah, thats what I figured I actually picked up some goat leg steak! It was pricier than all the other stuff I got. It cost me around $6.00 for 12 oz of meat. It was nice and lean! I finished cutting up the hens (geeze they were HUGE!) and the quail as well. I figured the quail would be good in half, I'm not sure if half a quail would be good for the day? I was WAY too tired to cut up all the other meat & organs I acquired since I just finished unpacking all my things at 11:30 this evening! I've also got to be in bed early since I have an early day tomorrow. I'm going to give them some goat tomorrow and see how they respond to it

I'm not sure if half a quail would be good for the day? It will probably be enough for a day. Let me know how they take to the goat!

They loved the goat, and ate half a quail in a day, they LOVED the quail! Today I was so proud, I came into the room to find Pandora had taken 1/3 of a duck foot and I watched her eat it from start to finish. I think it's so interesting how they chew bones!!! I will make a menu for this week and post later on tonight.

Oh wow! That is so great!!! Did the quail have feathers? Either way, incredible progress. Give your babies a hug for me!

Thanks!! No the quail did not have feathers. They love the bone!! I definitely did give them a hug for you! They're so sweet every time I wake them up we all have like 5-10 min of kisses time! Here is my menu for this week, I know I need to add a little bone meal into 1 meal or so but their poops have been great and VERY consistent! As for getting more bone into their meals, what other suggestions do you have for me? Keep in mind I do not want to feed rabbit or chicken. Perhaps I can get some mice or something? and if so, pinkie mice or? :/ Monday - Duck Feet Tuesday - Pork Liver, Turkey Neck Wednesday - Cornish Hen Thursday - Pork Spleen, Beef Heart Friday - Duck Wing, Goat Leg Saturday - Stewed Beef, Turkey Neck Sunday - Pork Heart, Quail Let me know waht you think

Other bone options. Guinea pig, rats, mice, I think Sherry feeds pork rib tips, but I've never fed them so I can't comment on their thickness.
When you say duck feet, are you feeding two meals of that? Same with the Cornish game hen? I'll have to check if it's okay to do two meals of feet.
As I count, that's 8 bone in (if the feet are x2 and the Cornish is x2). If their stools are good, you might not need to add more bone.
Another thing I notice is that they are getting 2 whole organ meals (one liver one another organ). It might be a bit too much every week. You could alternate week 1 with 2 organ meals, week 2 with 1 organ meal, so it averages to 1.5 organ meals a month (10% of the diet).

Yes, I am doing 2 meals of the feet and cornish game hen. I will alternate the organ in that case. Their poops are quite good, I've had no issues since the prolapses *knock on wood*.

Okay so i checked and the feet are an okay bone in source If you're having good stools with 8 bone in, you're probably good. You can always add another if you find them too loose
