My first foster mom has a severe anxiety disorder that she has tried and tried to conquer, but to no avail. I had kept reading about a few forum members using the human version of RR with a good deal of success, and so I decided to tell her about it and she's very eager to give it a shot. Which form of RR have you guys used/found the best results with? Oral forms? Did you put it on your skin? Can you link me the exact product you used so I don't order the wrong one? I'm not looking to use the adult one, only the kids version, based on the reviews I had read here on the adult one. I would really appreciate the help!

I use the liquid with the dropper. It really does work for people as well: www.bachflower.com/She may also be interested in some of the others that help with anxiety. Here's the link for the other ones. Read through and figure out which would be most appropriate: www.bachflower.com/38_Essences.htm

I have extreme anxiety too. Lately its been manifesting in episodes of depersonalization. It has previously (along with other stuff) put me in the hospital. I can't take my klonopin all the time because it makes me sleepy. I've found that regular RR, under/on the tongue, to be very effective, especially used in conjunction with my regular meds. I use 4 drops. In terms of frequency, I've done it up to every 20 minutes. If I do it that much soemtimes I'll only use 2 drops though. It's my understanding (through talking to people on the forum) that there's no concern in overdosing, just that you might waste it. On a typical day I start out with 4 drops in the morning and then every few hours I'll do another 4 drops. I tweak dosage/frequency depending on how bad my anxiety is that day.

I've used it on myself as well; I've done drops under the tongue as well as drops in my water bottle at work.
