I think that taking special care with bedding, brushing can keep a fair bit of the hobnoxious smells down. I'm finding that now my guys are shedding out, it's easier to control the smell. It's the stagnant oils that really stink (doesn't help that a hob grooms his stink into himself either , he thinks he smells wonderful ) ciao

just a quick note if there not from select stock ( eg from well known documented showing / working lines ) he will have a hard time finding homes in the uk as there are hundreds of kits looking for homes at the present time thanks to some breeders who still believe in the old fashioned have to breed or she will die ( or they simply wont pay for a vas hob or jill jab ) its a sad thing to say but its the truth one of my dads old saying used to be if you cant keep it don't breed it ! just my two pennies worth take care bye for now Bev
