I posted some pictures earlier of my little kit, Dexter. Since then I've acquired another kit, a poor deaf little girl named Trinity.
They took to each other very well, and in their cage they cuddle, give kisses, and seem to like each other a lot - out of the cage, though, they go a little bonkers. ;D
(sorry you can hear me giggling, I didn't realize it'd be so loud!)

They are so sweet. I can't even imagine what it would be like to have 2 babies in the house. I remember that bringing Napoleon in taught all my older guys how to play. I think I need some babies in the house ciao

Oh, you've got a little marked DEW I adore them!!!! I've got(or had ) two of them! They unfortunately lose their colouring as they grow up Out of curiosity, is she deaf? It's quite common with them. Both of mine are.

Yes, she is deaf. She is a total sweetheart though! Loves cuddling and giving kisses! Also, having 2 kits is definitely an adventure! They forever keep me on my toes (literally) ;D

You know what's odd? They don't realize they have an "impairment" It's us who worry about it ;D

You know what's odd? They don't realize they have an "impairment" It's us who worry about it ;D Indeed! What's also odd, is that her favorite toy (aside from plastic bags), is a babble ball like the one you posted in a vid. She obviously doesn't react to the noises it makes, but looooooooves rolling it around the hardwood floors. She even sleeps with it (quite annoying for the rest of us in the house.. lol)! Maybe it makes vibrations or something.. dunno.. but she loves the thing!

I had one years ago, now they may have improved them since then, but if you held it in the palm of your hand it vibrated (it tickled) that may be why your little deafy likes it. You couldn't see the vibration, but it did vibrate ever so slightly. ciao
