You have windows ? If so, and you have SP2 installed, you should already have windows movie maker

To know what service pack you have, click your start bar, right click on the My Computer button, you'll get a list, find the button "properties"" click that. If you don't have any service pack installed, you won't see "Service Pack 0" or "Service Pack None" - there will be no reference to a service pack at all. To find if you have Windows Movie Maker installed, click your start bar, go to search, and search for windows movie marker.
