I got a package of 6 little quails frozen from the asian market. They're still thawing, but it looks like they've got heads.
What's the best way to divvy these up for the babies? They're a lot smaller than the hens I get, but does the same method apply? It doesn't look like they've got much meat on them aside from a bit in the breast, so I just wanted to check.
