Have you tried Dr. Airth out in Strathmore? It's a long shot/ far away but...

My problem is that the breeder from whom I am getting a new puppy soon, is vaccinating them before they are even 2 months old. And there is no way she will leave one unvaccinated. This is sad and I don't know what to do. My wish is to only vaccinate once when ferret is 5-6 months old, not sooner.
How can you get puppies from a breeder that are unvaccinated?

Given you aren't getting the ferret until 8-10 weeks, there is no way you can prevent the breeder from doing this. Best bet is to find out exactly WHAT the breeder is giving. If it is distemper, those are meant(by the company) to be given at 8 weeks, 12 weeks, and 16 weeks. If it is rabies they are not to be given to any animal under 12 weeks. If it IS the first two distemper you will need to follow through with the final one as all antibodies will have been destroyed.
