I'll be adding whole bone in meats soon. They get a total of 4 different protien sources. When I have a little extra money I'll buy them a special 5th source. They love tukey and pork!
Sat.- Organ soup day. Kidney, liver, heart, ground beef, raw bone and olive oil.
Sun.- (morning) boneless pork chops and turkey leg meat chuncks. (night) repeat morning but add in raw bone.
Mon.- (morning) pork roast and chicken breast chunks. (night) repeay morning but add raw bone.
Tues.- (morning)(night) repeat sun.
Wed.- (morning)(night) repeay mon.
Thur.-(morning) cut up chicken thigh meat and pork roast. (night) repeat morning but add bone.
Fri.- (morning)(night) repeat sun.
Im doing this all on my phone so im really sorry for the short cuts i took and all the spelling issues. Its hard going back and fixing them on here. The cursor sometimes doesnt want to go where I try to put it lol.

You can actually use the wing, you just have to section it at each joint, cut between the two middle bones, then smash the bejeepers out of it with a meat hammer or cleaver That way, it breaks the bone up for them at the beginning until they develop the jaw strength necessary to chew through whole bones.

Be forewarned - turkey necks are VERY bone-dense. I have to hammer mine flat before my crew can eat them (raw fed for over 2 years). Cornish game hen have the PERFECT bone size

I have to admit my seniors aren't keen on turkey bones. They like the meat well enough but even taking a hammer to them seems to be a daunting task for them to chew through. It does clean teeth nicely though. I did have a mentee who's ferrets actually chewed turkey leg bones so I will say it depends entirely on the ferrets ciao

Since they are eating the majority of the chicken thigh bone, I wouldn't imagine they'd have TOO much trouble with the turkey necks But yeah- smash 'em up ;D

We tried the turkey necks and they ate most of it. There were only a few bigger pieces of bone left. Proud of my little fur boys
