For anyone who owns bedding from LFFR, what do you think is the best securing for the floor covers? The elastic corners, or hooks? I'm about to order a set, but I'm not sure which type to get for the floor! Any opinions on different types of floor cover securing?

I actually have rose's pillow case style held closed by velcro. It just slides over the pans and velcros at one end. They stay closed fine, but my guys have been going through a phase where they dig at it so they can pull it up and shark under it. /sigh

Ahaha I forgot about those! Does the pillow case style come with the velcro on it or do you have to ask specifically for it? I might consider that style but it would be easier to just get the "Floor,Shelf,Ramp" covers that come in one order, I dont think theres an option for pillow case style for that one. First I'd like to hear some feedback on the other securing types as well. ;D

Here is my new bedding set! Its not much but I like it a lot, LFFB from Rose It is the floor, shelf and ramp cover with a hanging cuddler cube. The other bed I got from a pet store but conveniently it matches everything ;D Oh and I got a little crocheted mousie from Etsy. Isn't it cute?

So pretty! We're saving up to get a set-- what kind of securing did you end up with?

I love the colour combination!!! Looks so warm in there I cannot use hooks to secure my bedding, as Xanthee is a little shark, and can get under ANYTHING... and then poos under it

Yeah I ended up just getting the the metal hooks and grommets for securing, and swivel hooks for the hanging cube. I don't have a ferret yet so I don't know how well it will work out though ;D

Got my little feet ferret bedding set today!! I got the three story ferret nation set, but wont be using the bottom cover because of my little ones insisting on peeing in the corner right outside their litter box. I love love love the owl theme. It actually sort of matches my bedding ( Yes, I am an adult with owl bedding Todd (fiancé) thinks its cute so it works haha). i1190.photobucket.com/albums/z456/brianna_a/image-1.jpgIt seems to already have the approval of these four, who have tried to stuff themselves into one tiny hanging cube as per usual. i1190.photobucket.com/albums/z456/brianna_a/image-2.jpgSimon has found himself a little spot all on his own. i1190.photobucket.com/albums/z456/brianna_a/image-3.jpgI would love to get a second set one day when i'm feeling rich, so that I could rotate on wash days ( instead of having an empty cage for 2 hours)

I did my son's room with a lot of owls, but so much of it out there is too girly! I even picked up some of that same fabric.

These are REALLY amazing. I'll have to do up Gwin's cage someday (when he stops having middle of the night accidents getting stuck on a level and not remembering how to get down!) eta: you know what, i'm going to modify his cage a lot today so it's easier for him to navigate, and i'll get some fabric to make it nice and fancy this weekend. you guys inspired me! but what theme to do, hmmmmm.... so many choices!

Sorry for double posting! I went and got soft fleecy fabrics and make his cage cozier yesterday! They were on clearance, and I matched them to his litter pan and the deep purple color of the plastic bottom. So far he doesn't mind that it's Tinkerbell patterned I basically made soft slipcovers for the first floor, and then the ramp. I have tons of leftover to make a hammock when he wears this one out but the leopard is pretty funky with it. And lastly I made him a special blankie for the bottom floor so he can burrow and cuddle and snuggle at will. He loves it already. Right now he's all snuggled up upside down in the corner in it, but I couldn't get a picture because it's too dark!
