Hi, I currently have three ferts. Noodles, BEW, approx. 2 years old, original owner tied him to a tree, I'm his 4th owner Podo, male, about 6-9 months old, getting better about not nipping, loves to climb and jump Kodo, female, about 6-9 months old, loves to steal things and drag them under and into the couch.
Podo and kodo were given away in the Petland parking lot. Both were on Evo ferrets andhad good coats, but needed a lot of socialization work.
Noodles is nick-named the "Good One" and is very sweet. He came to me weighing 1.4 pounds, but has been putting on some muscle. His coat looks better and he no longer has as much trouble walking.
I currently feed a nearly grain free diet and am working towards a fully grain free diet with whole prey treats/supplement.

Hi, and welcome to the forum Please, feel free to browse, post, ask questions, and just generally join in on the conversations! You may want to take a good look through the nutrition section to see which direction you may want to start in Also, just so you are aware, people here can get pretty rowdy when they don't get their "pic fixes" ;D

I'm starting to get roudy not being able to post my pic fix for you. I took some cute ones and now I can't find the camera. The hunt will be on tonight after the vet visit. Podo and Kodo are due for their distemper boosters and Flint (aussie mix rescue) is due for his yearly shots. Flint loves to play with Noodles. He lays right down so that noodles is between his front paws and noodles plays with him. The ferts also seem to think it is funny to sniff my lab's back leg so that he runs away. The terror of bunnies and squirels is afraid of ferrets. Go figure.

I know all about the dog thing ;D Absolutely hilarious watching a 1lb ferret (Lady Natasha) chasing a 160lb wolfhound down the hallway. My biggest concern (and it's a realistic one) is that Mithrandir will accidentally step on the wee brat ciao

Squishy face!! Love it! When I lived at home our family dog was SO good with my old Taz... even when he'd jump up and hang on to her lips!!
