My sister lives in the Boxboro MA area and a friend of hers emailed her this: "If anyone is looking to adopt the best pets ever please consider giving our 3 ferrets a home. They come with cage, food etc and sadly they can't move to CA because they are prohibited They are neutered and have had their odor glands removed which just leaves fun loving pets. Let me know if you have any questions." If anyone in that area is interested, please pm me. I know nothing more about these ferrets, just what is in the ad, but I could put you in touch with this woman. Thanks

Poor mites. I'll bet she doesn't know Calif. has more ferrets than any other US state! I hope they find a good home

Cali does have more ferrets than any other state but if you're flying into the state, there's really no way to get them here. If she's driving though she could take her ferrets with her. There are plenty of ferret vets in CA and it's not like the ferret police go door to door looking for illegal ferrets despite what some people will try to make you believe. Really the only way to get caught is to be reported.
