Just a bit of a tutorial on how to post videos from photobucket with the new version of proboards. In all honesty, the best method would be to drop photobucket and use youtube because proboards directly supports it. Otherwise this is how you do it.
1. Find your video on photobucket and click on the Image link on the right-hand side so that it is copied. 2. You now have a choice. You can either just paste it in as it is and you will get an image of the video that is actually a link but you will have to let readers know it is a video as it won't be obvious. 3. Paste in the image link and delete everything except for one of the sections (there are two) that start with http:// and end with .mp4 . Make sure the word albums is in the url somewhere. If you do this it will post a video with controls as bellow:

I'm trying to post a single image within a thread or in a reply and it opens the popup and uploads the image but won't put it in the thread. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You can't upload images directly to the forum. You have to upload them to a cloud account like picasa, flikr, photobucket, maybe facebook, etc. Make them public and then link to them.

I was trying to use the uploading option to post pictures and it wouldn't work. So I'm going to see if I can access my old photobucket account and try it there. Thanks for putting up that tip. (giggle)

I will have to take a lol later this week, but on photobucket there should be something with the upload that will automatically resize them there as they go onto photobucket. You can also resize each individually there. Or you can contact their helpline about it.
