Normally that stuff is watered down so try upping it a bit. Maybe max 2 tsp. See how that helps the stools

Great! Let me know if anything changes! How chunky is Hooligans soup? I'd start making it a bit thicker and see if he still eats it ;D

Hi Jackie
I just got back from my trip. when I uped the squash the ferrets stool got so much better. Its big and formed and its a mid brown color now. Its not green and oily. They are eating pork, beef, chicken, turkey, and Cornish hen. I haven't had time to pick up pinkies but I will and i have some farm raised salmon I can give them. I know you should feed fish that often but how often Is ok?

when I uped the squash the ferrets stool got so much better. Its big and formed and its a mid brown color now. Its not green and oily. Great! It takes a bit of experimenting to find the right amount sometimes Glad you've found the right combo!! i have some farm raised salmon I can give them. I know you should feed fish that often but how often Is ok? I would say about once a week, or maybe like 4-6 times a month? There is no *set* number, but fish can make them stinky so its best to limit the amount fed. The bones are pretty small, so if you're feeding it bone-in, it probably won't count as a bone-in meal. Hope it goes well and they like it!! So your kids are getting a good amount of variety. How is Hooligan doing? What is he eating (soup, chunky soup, etc)? Did you have fun on your trip?!

I told the sitter to just feed kibble. I think he is starting to want to eat raw. He is licking on the other ferrets meat. I have been getting him to eat tiny chunks of it. He still tries to spit it out after he eats two or three chunks. He loves soup. They are getting soup tonight. Is it ok to always feed their organ meals in soups?
The trip was some what stressful but I enjoyed it. I went with my husband His father and his brother. All together we drove 2400 miles. We went through New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nevada and Oregon. I enjoyed Oregon the most there was so mush wild life. We spotted turkey vulchers, prong horn, deer, ground squirrel, prairie dogs, cows, goats, sheep, horses, bald eagles, black birds, and snakes.
My husband makes jewelry and cuts Fine stones. We went to Oregon to mine Sun stone so he could cut and sell it. Oregon sun stone Is basically a crystal that is formed during volcanic eruptions. The sun stone is formed when the crystal and copper are mixed together in the lava flows. It is very rare and happens only in Oregon. We found quite a bit of the stone. It was hard work but fun being a miner for a few days.

What did they eat with that stool?? It could mean a lot of things. Do you have a picture of it? Was it just one time or does it keep happening? Is everyone having this kind of stool or just one person? Does it smell especially bad?

I think its one or two ferrets but only sometimes. Its not clear and its a mid brown color. It doesn't smell different to me. Its just jiggly. Its not loose and its formed but it just jiggles. I am going to try and catch who Is doing it.

Okay thanks - a pic would definitely help. Are you seeing any pattern? Maybe a particular food being fed?
