You should post the symptoms he is showing. That might help us to give you better input.
Every blockage varies by individual ferret, how bad the blockage is, how the ferret reacts to it, how long it has been blocked, whether it is a full or partial blockage, etc. Typical signs include: frantic behavior straining in the litter box running to and from litter box(es) going into the litter box over and over but not going potty no poop in several hours hard, bloated, and/or distended stomach itching and clawing at face lethargy loss of movement/coordination of hind limbs (usually indicates a pretty severe blockage that is pressing on nerves) lack of appetite/refusal to eat gagging throwing up etc
Unfortunately a lot of these symptoms can be indicative of other problems as well. If you are concerned then you should bring your ferret to the vet NOW. What is he doing?

He is not eating, he pooped a small amount maybe size of a nickle or quarter and it was orangeish and mucousy. he is very tired, but not throwing up, gagging ect. Right now he is calmed down and sleeping after i had given him a bath because he had poo and pee all over his underside. he ran around for a while to get dry and went to sleep i woke him up and gave him 13 cc of water through syringe

Ok. Sounds liek a blockage is very possible. If he doesn't perk up very soon I recommend getting him to a vet ASAP. Unfortunately, ferrets are very good at hiding illness and things can go from bad to HORRIBLE in a matter of minutes. I almost lost Koda to a blockage - they are scary things. DEfinitely feed him a teaspoon of Vaseline and then if he doesn't pass it (you will know it when you see it, Vaseline poops are unmistakeable) within a few hours, or if he shows any signs of getting worse get him to the vet. In the meanwhile, keep him separate from the others with a litter box of either newspaper or paper towels. You need to be able to monitor his intake and outtake. Get some toothpicks too and if he poops dissect it and see if oyu can see any foreign bodies. (If you don't it doesn't mean there isn't a blockage, it just means that if there is he is not passing any of it).

Powdered food? Like powdered ferret kibble or something else? Do you have any meat baby food, or can you get your hands on some? (maybe have your mom run to the store?) You can mix some meat baby food, kibble, pumpkin, and ferretone in a blender. Add water to make it the consistency you want. For future reference, I recomend having a basic soup recipe that you KNOW they will eat for emergency situations liek this. It's hard enough to get ferrets to eat new foods, and when you have a sickie and oyu NEED them to eat soup you want them to already recognize it as food so you don't have hte added stress of trying to force them to eat new food. I always recommend having a few cubes of frozen soup in the freezer, and ingredients for fresh batches of soup stored up as part of oyur emergency first aid kit.

I wil be online. And Ferretvite works jsut as well as ferretone. Sorry I should have said Vite. I say Tone out of habit because that is what most people use, I use ferretvite instead of ferretone.

Nah nothing bad really - at least no worse than kibble. I wouldn't worry about it. Jsut blend up some kibble, pumpkin, and ferretvite with a little water.

You can see if he likes it and mix it into the soup, or save it as a treat. I'd just hate to have you mix it into the soup and then him not eat the soup because of it. My boys won't touch fish (only fish oil).
