www.wasatchexotic.com/My vet has a ridiculous amount of experience, and has worked in a few zoos and is currently our cities vet for our local aquarium, so I'd say she knows her stuff. She's excellent with my babies and has a plethora of knowledge, so if you're in the Utah area I highly recommend her. Here's a exert from her website. "Wasatch Exotic Pet Care, Inc. is owned by Laurel M. Harris, DVM. Dr. Harris graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. After three years in general small animal practice and two years as the senior clinician and manager of an emergency clinic west of Chicago (also establishing exotics at both), she completed a zoo internship in Birmingham, Alabama. She then went on to a position as the staff veterinarian of a small AZA-accredited zoo in SW Kansas, where she started her family. She has been in the Salt Lake Valley since early 2001, was associate veterinarian at the Hogle Zoo for four years, and now provides veterinary relief coverage for the Tracy Aviary, and is the primary veterinarian for The Living Planet Aquarium."

I just want to add that they do not always have a vet that will see ferrets in the office. We were turned away during Gilly's emergency. I was told it was hit or miss depending on which vet was in.
