Ok so let's get them eating chunks then if all they have had is ground. See if you can get some chicken breast and dice it up, then mix it in with the ground turkey. see what they think of that. If they like it try bigger chunks of chicken. We want to get them eating whole and variety sooner rather than later so they have balance. Also you have to be careful to not overfeed one meat. When we first figured out Koda had IBD he was on a primarily lamb diet for a few months. One day he decided out of the blue that he was sick of the stuff, and has never touched it since. He flat out refuses.

Calvin was the only one that seemed remotely interested in the beef. Zoey was not impressed. Little Miss Priss that she is. I think I'm going to try them on some rabbit. Oh! And I'm going to get some goat after work. Because I remember very clearly that they loved goat.

Did you try ground beef or chunks? Were they eating any other chunks yet? If they were not eating chunks of say chicken or turkey (meat they already knew the taste of) then the new taste PLUS new form/texture might have been too much at once. Try mixing some ground beef into their ground Turkey. You might have to Scruff N Stuff a few times. Try mixing some chicken or goat chunks into the ground turkey too - cu the chunks small and you can build them up in size over time. OF course if they will take any chunks on their own then great that skips a few steps, but if not just mix it in and keep trying meanwhile gradually sneaking it up on them.

I mixed some beef and turkey together, and Martin was really good about it, he just ate and ate and ate (fatty that he is ) Zoey and Calvin weren't as easy about it. But they did eat it eventually. ;D

Good! Keep trying out new meats. Also see if you can get your hands on some chicken wings. Smash the bones up really well into the meat so that the marrow is exposed. You might have to Scruff N Stuff a bit of marrow so they will taste it. If they are still hesitant, you can try mixing it into the ground again, and/or you can try dripping a little oil, FerreTone, or FerrtVite over it as well.

Wings are becoming more successful. At first they were a bit reluctant. But now they're liking it more.
What do you think I should try next?
