Do I get whole Cornish hens? If so, how do I separate the meats?

Yes, you can definitely get whole ones. I just use some scissors and cut along the joints and up the rib cage. Just section the meat into portions and bag and freeze

But how do I decide portions?

I just got my 250 mice in the mail! My kids and I had fun putting the dry ice in the bath tub.

If you're asking how much you put in a bag, I'd say 5-6 oz should be a safe number. You can also take out 1-2 bags of food to thaw and just keep in the fridge until you use it. That way you have extra if you need.

That way you have extra if you need. So 5-6 ounces per bag. If I do that, would I give them an entire bag in one day or how would I space it out? Also, something else.... we buy ground pork, pork loins, pork chops, chicken breasts, shrimp, salmon, and sliced turkey/ham. Out of all of the meats we buy for ourselves, which of them can I give to my ferret? Thanks.

Anything that is straight up raw. As long as it's not precooked (which slight cooking is ok) put you also don't want any spicing or treating we just bought a pork roast cause it was on sale and we're going to wind up eating it ourselves because on second inspection it was injected with a sodium marinade.

As to how much you give them- it's really going to depend on them! One of my girls ate almost 6 oz a day by herself as a kit. Other females only ate approx 2 oz a day. Mind you- the one who ate 6 oz is much, much larger. She's almost 3lbs winter weight as an adult. 2lbs summer weight. The other girls are all very petite. 1 to 1 1/2 lbs each.
