I sent hubby out to buy more meat babyfood and he came back with a chicken in gravy. Ingredients are chicken, water and cornstarch. Is the cornstarch bad for the ferrets? The last batch of meat babyfood I had wasn't in gravy and only had chicken and chicken broth, no cornstarch.

Not great but it will do. It's a thickening agent for the meat, the concern is that there is more gravy than meat in your baby food. I might be tempted to make my own if you're having difficulties getting what you need. I had too ciao

I'm not having difficulties getting what I need, just difficulties getting hubby to get the right stuff lol. Thanks though. I use the meat babyfood to mix with the squash cuz they're not fond of the squash alone.
