Poor little guy was heavily sleeping in his hammy and he suddenly started whimpering, which progressed to crying, which progressed to almost screaming. He woke up after i scooped him up and just looked at me like "what?" He did let me cuddle him for a few minutes though, he never lets me cuddle him. poor baby

I don't if they are having dreams or nightmares, but my guys do not wake peacefully. They immediately run about 4 hops then stop to scratch. Could it be a health issue?

lol I think that just means they are itchy. Kind of like waking up at 3 to go pee..

I have seen them dream of chasing and being chased more than anything ;D

Poor Brady! Lucrezia used to do that when she was tiny. She had nightmares fairly frequently, actually. And she always settled after some reassuring snuggles

Pixie had a nightmare once - it was cute and yet so sad. It only lasted a couple minutes and then she slept soundly.
