Yay or nay? I used it when I had gliders and though I'm out now, it was a way to get them their calcium...
Thoughts?

What's it made of? I would be more inclined to use eggshell powder if you want to supplement extra calcium. If you grind your own eggshells or buy eggshell powder, you know exactly what the ingredients are-eggshell Just keep in mind that most calcium in a raw diet should come from bone, not from supplements. Edit: From what I can see, it's made from calcium carbonate which is mostly what eggshells are made of. Even still, I personally would just use eggshells. It's probably cheaper too =P

If I recall correctly, she's eating bone fine? If so, you don't need to worry about supplementing calcium for her.

Sherry, yeah she's eating bone fine but I was wondering it for the soupies and such. I just got a vitamix today and I'm going to blend some chicken gizzards with liver since she has definitely not had enough organ meat. I like the course ground chicken from HareToday and that helps but I want to mix it up a little, so soon I'll be getting other organs and such and just want to make sure she gets it all, ya know?

Will the soup be supplemental, and she'll be getting bone in 8-10 meals a week? Because they can get TOO much bone in their diet. Not good either. I'm not trying to talk you out of doing it, just trying to get a feel for how much bone she's eating already.
