Are brooms. Paulie loves brooms--and my Swiffer. However, I haven't had a broom since I moved out of our apartment in CT in 2008. I brought home Paulie a great new toy, a Hammock Hideaway cat den. Then, I unleashed my new broom. Needless to say, he is a happy, dooking and wardancing fool.
Cleaning becomes enrichment--of course!

I have one of those super fluffy static-type dusters that my guys love, and if I get the static going and their fur sticking up, they get super silly over it. The broom and vacuum are favorites also .

I second the vacuum, holy crap they go INSANE for it! I can't tell if it is a happy insane or a mad/enraged insane though

I play "chase the ferret with the broom." Pixie and Trixie especially love that game.

Must try the broom ;D MoJo's convinced his biggest enemy is the vacuum. He goes bonkers the second he hears it. Memphis (who is deaf) just stares at MoJo with the most worried expression, trying to figure out why he's so upset

Hmm, yes. Brooms...Fun-Go, Minion, Boris...they insist that it needs to be destroyed and stashed...at least that's what I think they're up to. Though if they didn't play in the dirt and get themselves scooped up all the time maybe they wouldn't have had such a hard time with the broom. The upright...is a mass attack ;D ciao

Haha, Paulie is not allowed out when I am using the upright vacuum. He hunts it down and I worry he'll be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Oh, I don't vacuum when they are running about. All the poor vacuum needs to be doing is sitting there minding it's own business and it's an instant attack ;D
