Ok I will update this when I have pictures, but here is the original link in the old forum... www.holisticferret.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=talking&action=display&thread=6734There are new colors and designs, and some fancier ones. The cost is the cost of the knife, and the cost of shipping. If you want one please PM me. My only request to anyone getting a knife is patience. The PO is mainly open while I am at work. I try to ship things as early as I can, but I often get off of work late so sometimes it takes me a little longer than I like to get to the PO while it is open. I am just doing this to share an amazing tool with people, I'm not doing resale for profit or anything. That's illegal actually. ;D

Haha Yeah, these are really Cheap Mikey. I take enough risks with my fingers just using them, I think I'll let the pros build them! ;D As an added disclaimer I am NOT responsible for any chopped fingers. By having me send you a knife you are hereby taking all legal responsibility for your own actions. ;D ;D ;D ;D Ok sorry for the delay guys. Yesterday was just too nice to be on the computer. We don't get much sun here so you have to enjoy it when you can! These are the knives they had in the store today... These knives are $2.99. (sorry I didn't get a picture of the entire knife/stand set. Look on the old thread I linked in the first post, I think there's some there...) Alaska Bear Design (dark wood) Alaska Flag Design (dark wood) The Last Frontier Mountains Design (dark wood) Alaska Wolf Design (light wood) Alaska Moose Scene Design (light wood) Alaska Flag Design (light wood) Alaska Eagle Design (light wood) These knives come with a small wooden chopping board and are $5.29 The board is bowled in to fit the knife, and has a slit for a stand. These knives come with a larger cutting board and are $7.59. Large Rectangle Cutting Board with Alaska Flag Design on Blade Blade: These come with a large round chopping board that is bowled in to fit the knife as well. They are also $7.59 If you would like to order one of the $2.99 knives, the shipping is $4.95 to the US, $11.95 to Mexico or Canada, $13.95 to other countries. If you are ordering one of the bigger knives, or multiple knives, shipping will vary based on your order. I will get the smallest Flat Rate box I can fit them in and let you know before I ship. Grippy Style? You mean without the hole below the handle? I haven't been able to find any like that. I can hold these ones the same exact way though and have no problems...

Yeah. Those are the only ones they have in the store here. I will check this other store though, they may have something a little different. I have never seen one in store (any store) that has anything but a wooden handle, thought I do know they make them. They can get really expensive though. But like I said, I will look at this one store. I will try to remember to go by today after work, I have been meaning to check it out anyways. They sell all kinds of Alaskan stuff. If they do have one it will be more expensive than the wooden ones, but I imagine it would be cheaper than ordering online.

I love mine so much I ended up buying a bunch to share ;D. I switch back and forth between two of them...I keep one with the cutting board (the $5.29 one) super sharp for prepping veggies and slicing through tendons, since it's a smaller and lighter I feel it's more maneuverable for parting out an animal or mincing my garlic. The big one with the hole in the handle ($2.99) I leave pretty blunt, it has more heft and a more secure grip so I like it way better for slamming through bones.

Katt, if the pricier knives (with the cutting bowls and stuff) which would you recommend for smaller hands? I can't see much difference between them or size variations .
