Okay so I'm trying to create a raw food menu with what's available to me, we just transitioned over to raw so it still figuring everything out. If you have any suggestions please please please let me know!
Here's what I have access to at the moment:
Rabbit organs: liver, brain, etc Chicken hearts Chicken thighs Pork liver Pork spleen Pork heart Pork brain Frog legs Duck neck Beef tongue (is this muscle meat?) Chicken gizzard
I can also keep looking for other meats, but I need some direction on what to look out for.
Example menu:
Sunday: Am: Frog legs (bone in?) Pm: Chicken gizzard (muscle) or duck neck (bone in)
Monday: Am: Chicken wings (bone in) Pm: beef tongue (muscle meat)
Tuesday: Am: duck neck (bone in) Pm: 50/25/25 Pork heart, rabbit liver, pork brain Or Chicken heart, pork liver, pork spleen
Wednesday: Am: frog legs Pm: duck neck or Chicken gizzard
Thursday: Am: Chicken wings Pm: 50/25/25
Friday: Am: duck neck Pm: beef tongue (muscle meat)
Saturday: Am: Frog legs Pm: 50/25/25
Is this too much Chicken? What else can I use as muscle meat? Is beef tongue muscle meat? What are other bone in options that I can get?
Should I be feeding fish at all? Is this enough variation or should I look for something else?

This is a good menu! Tongue is a muscle meat. Mouse is always an excellent addition, but they’re expensive if you’re not raising them yourselves. Beware of too much brain causing diarrhea, it’s very fatty and tends to pass through mine as yellow sludge. Rabbit is another bone-in meat you might be able to find that has small enough bones for ferrets to eat. Fish can be troublesome for picky eaters, but give it a try, even canned salmon with skin and bones included would be good. Small fish bones are able to be served cooked because they’re so soft. The only fish mine likes are freeze dried minnows, you can find them meant as cat treats.
