Taking a walk down memory lane. After the prior year of them my girls taking little interest in the tree they wouldn't stay out of it. They spent so much time climbing around in it, falling out, knocking each other out and then nipping at light bulbs that I took it down and went for a little live tree high up on a table. Anyone else have trouble with ferrets and their tree? rumble.com/venks5-little-creatures-in-my-christmas-tree-full.html

I have a tree set up all year. It has pinecones, flocking and several kinds of needles, along with holly berries that are plastic coated styrofoam. Mogli and Scamp used to climb it and steal the berries and chew on them, and the kittens used to climb it, so I put a fence around it. Now the kats are grown, and Bobo and Lilly don't bother it. I so want to put the ferts in it for the photo contest, but I don't want them to get the idea it's okay to climb it.

Are holly berries dangerous? That would worry me to no end. A indoor tree all year does sound nice though.
