The important things to note are these:
Moisture (must be above 50%) Fat Protein How many meats? chicken... beef... quail... (it's best to have 2-5 sources of meat) Meat-bone-organ ratio (best is 80-10-10, but whole prey is generally balanced)
The first one has a good moisture and ratio, and the fat and protein is like most other grinds, but it can't be fed like the only food the ferret will eat because sometimes ferrets get allergies with chicken, and they need more than 1 protein source. It would be good to feed this one in combination with another one.
The second one's protein is higher than the first one, which is good to balance it out. The fat is low compared to the protein, so maybe you'd like to supplement fat like animal oils. It has 3 protein sources which is great, but it doesn't say what the ratio is, since it's not a whole animal.
I think feeding these two together will work because the first one has a good ratio, the second one has variety, and together they have a good protein amount. The only thing you need is a bit more fat, and you can supplement this with fish oil or freeze dried fats.
