Welcome to the forum! Congratulations on your 2 little girls. Since they are still young you will feed them as much as they will eat. Usually when they are kits they eat 4 times a day. The HFF Website along the top will have all the info you need, click on it and it will take you to the information on how to switch them to raw and how to set up the meal plan for the week. Read through it all. I did and was able to switch my ferret successfully.

Here is the weekly menu plan holisticferretforum.com/natural-diet/raw-diet-the-meat-of-the-site/basic-frankenprey-menu/They may not eat 4 times a day at 8 mos old. I remember my baby tapering off but cant remember at what month. Wildly guessing---I would say 6 mos ---maybe even a little before. So looking at the weekly plan, I always try to tell people to give a bone-in meal after a boneless meal. This will help them not have lose stools. you will see this pattern in the menu(bone-- muscle-- bone and bone --organ--bone). However a ferret can have up two and 3 meals of bone in a row. Just look at stools. If dry or if chalky give a boneless meal. Do ask more questions if something is unclear.

My boys are just over 3 months old and I feed them 200g of raw food (each) a day. I put out 100g of food in their bowls 4 times a day, and check to ensure that there is no food left in the bowls after 30mins - except their late evening feed, which is left out overnight for them.
They currently weigh 1.6kg (according to the vet) and he said they are a great weight and body shape.
I monitor their bowls every day to see if I need to adjust quantities, but that amount seems right for now
The food is premixed to an 80/10/10 mix, so they do get bone and offal in every meal. Their poo is firm but not dry, which I think is the correct balance.
Hope that helps x
