Zoe crossed the Bridge in my arms this morning. She was acting weak last night and refused her soupies. I syringe fed her a little but she backed away after a few slurps. I noticed that her temp had dropped and having been thru this so many times I knew she was going. Zozo came to us through craigslist about 3 years ago with her brother Goober. Goober disappeared last April, apparently shadowing one of us out the door and forcing an unlocked gate. Zoe was very laid back, loved her soupies and nothing else. She was on of my best kissers ever. Zoe makes the 5th ferret we've lost in less than a year, plus Marsha Kat. We still have Bobo and Lilly, who are both less than 2. We won't be looking for any more.
DIP Pretty girl. Daddy loved you and will miss your kisses. Go find Goober for me and chew him out for leaving like that.

Ohh I am so sorry:( I know you are tore up about it. Zoe was a pretty girl and was so lucky to have you. DIP little Zoe.
It is really difficult on hubby and I when our babies pass. That is why we are going to call it quits ourselves (however, I if someone wanted to give me one or i saw one neglected that I was able to help---I would most likely take it). I lost 2---their ages around 6.5 years old. They both passed last year. My waardie will be 6 in March. That is scary.
