It’s true. The only store bought toy Winnipeg has ever used is the Marshall’s Octoplay, everything else is ignored for a pile of recycling waiting to go out.

My male likes simple things too like crunching those thin plastic water bottles. My female does like her flat fur toy tho. It gets stashed with the other furry dead critters like asf rats and mice.

Bo also likes a crinkly bag that once had caramel popcorn in it. Tonight I found a toy in the bag, lol IMG_0165 by unclejoe1158, on Flickr

Bought a storage bin, cut an access hole, threw in 5 lbs of rice and 2 ferrets. less than 1 minute later, both ferrets had excused themselves and have not used it again. D'oh!

I have that same problem! I put him in, dig my hand in, then he digs his head in then exits the box! lol

The girls are now playing in the rice box, entering through a tube, but Bo doesn't care for it. Maybe it's a tactile thing, lol.

I had one ferret who didn't care for the rice box and one who turned it into a litter box. It all just depends on the ferret.
