Meeka is 3 years old, and used to bite and yank at the cage bars to get out, she chipped her teeth about a year ago now, and we took her to the vet, and it wasn’t anything too serious. However, she occasionally still does bite and pull at the cage bars, as well as the playpen bars around their play area. About a week ago, I noticed the left side of her jaw was super swollen, but she’s eating and drinking normally, has normal energy and fierceness levels lol, and the same amount of kisses and cuddles where she expects to be pet. Her teeth are discoloured a bit now too. I’m just concerned her tooth got infected and spread to her jaw.
My biggest concern is that I don’t have the money to even have a vet see her right now, as my doctor has me working reduced hours at work due to my mental health. So finances are really lacking.
I don’t know how serious it is, what it is, or what to do. Please help me help our baby girl.

Gosh, I do not know what to tell you about the swollen jaw. But when you can afford it I would have it checked out. I have used care credit before. I do not know if you would want to do that.
Do you have a room that she can play in freely? It seems like she needs more space to wander, play, and investigate as you mentioned her chomping at the bars. I have opened my Marshall's playpen and lodge the ends between pieces of furniture. It becomes a barrier to separate my male from my females as they do not get along. One group will get the living room for a couple days and the male will get the back rooms. Then I rotate.
The only thing I know to help you on yellowing teeth is to provide plenty of meaty bones like chicken wings for example. Maybe that will help. I cut wings at the joints--- the drum part is too dense for mine unless it is cornish hen or a small chicken.
That is some lovely babies you got there.

It is very possible it is either an infection, or a tumour. Our girl had a fast growing facial tumour.
