Liver and heart is a must in the diet, but what is more important for the second organ?
Spleen or kidney or pancreas?
will be feeding a menu of 9 whole animal grinds, 1 boneless meal, 3 meals of chicken necks and gizzards, and then 1 meal of heart and organs if it matters

Whichever organ you use for the "other organ" category of the diet doesn't matter so much, but again, variety is good. I rotate between spleen, kidney, and pancreas, with tiny bits of lung and brain (lots of yummy fats!) added here and there if I can find them. You have 14 meals listed--as it is, that's a balanced meal plan, according to this post: Balancing Frankenprey with Alternative Meals. If you were to feed kibble as you mentioned in your other post, that may actually throw off the nutritional balance. I haven't fed kibble with raw myself so I will let someone else weigh in on that.

Since I don’t have a ferret yet I’m trying to calculate which route would be the most cost effective way to go. I’m focusing on trying to get raw plan as affordable as possible. It almost seems buying local vs shipping is very similar pricing because the shipping items are very affordable but expensive shipping, but the local stores prices are considerably more but no shipping needed. Looks like I could switch up the order every 21 weeks to be the most cost effective, but there is the question if the products would still remain quality if frozen for that amount of time

I created that plan based off the frakenprey with alternating meals post and if that post is correct these ratios are 100% what is listed for ratios which would be a single meal of heart and organ based off the information there. The link to that chart is in this thread to make sure
