Hello so my girl is on frankenprey diet and I'm doing some online food shopping would the complete balance grounds not be good if she's already getting organ meals I want to try and change things up for her to be different and interesting but I know giving too much organ can be a problem so If I fed her (my pet carnivore) complete grounds would I have to solely feed that and skip the organ meals?
I'm really hoping this made sense, it's kinda hard to word.
Thank you, Isabella the Ferret Olivia the Human

Yes- the whole prey model grinds MPC offers are designed to be fed as the only thing your pet eats, and adding extra organs would be too much. You can make it part of a rotation easily though- some days feeding the whole grinds, some days going back to frankenprey, as long as it works out balanced.

Its absolutely all about balance. Whenever I am buying in raw supplies and need to make changes I look at the overall percentages of each food group, which I'll feed in a weeks rotation. That way you'll not stray far from the correct balance.
You can, as has been said, swap in meals to add variety etc. Recently I have been giving our girls a few bits of whole prey. They now love their adult mice and quail.
They're also having Turkey for Christmas.
Cheers
