Can I put freeze dried chk hearts in soup?

I feel like freeze dried has less nutrients but I thought I’d ask ya’ll!!

I am going to let someone else answer that--as I have not used freeze dried products before, but that would be interesting to know.

Thank you for the replies! I just moved to a small town and it’s hard to find chicken hearts but I do get lucky with beef heart at Frys occasionally! Looking into websites that will deliver. Thanks again!
