One of my little girls has been coughing and like kind of wheezing since this morning. She's also been sneezing a little bit more. Her poop isn't thin or anything so I dont think it is a blockage, but I'm worried. I read they can get hair stuck in their throats but I'm not sure what to do with that.

I never had mine wheeze, so I have no experience to draw from---maybe someone will come on later to help you.
I did have one who had lung cancer(no cigarettes ever in my house). Vet performed exploratory surgery and found it. He would run down his cage and have fits of coughing. He could not play with anyone or travel far before he would have to stop and rest. Evidently it was rare or unusual because my vet asked permission to use the information.

She pooped again and it looked a little funny, like lumpy but it still wasnt small or anything. I gave her some oil and she ate and drank, and went to bed. Shes not really coughing or wheezing like before but I'm still worried about a hairball:/

Have they had any egg recently? A well mixed whole egg or just the yoke (don't give them the whites alone) once a week will help with hairballs, (will make weird slimy yellow poos this is normal.)

I would be tempted to even feed an egg twice a week if hair is the issue. You can also give a bit of salmon oil to help if there is some hair in the back of her throat. **This will not move a blockage or hair in the digestive tract** but it will get rid of that piece that sometimes gets stuck in their throat. Another consideration is a possible URI, so keep a close eye on it ciao

Hello. please tell me. Is the egg a quail egg? Or chicken eggs? How much egg should I give at one time in adult ferrets? Thanks.

A chicken egg is an adult ferret sized treatment, or you could do 2 or 3 quail eggs if you prefer.

Is it okay if you mix well with yolks? Also, are eggs given with meals? Or give it like a snack alone? I am sorry if it is strange English. I'm not good at English.

If you mix the entire egg (yolk and white) you can feed the whole thing. You can mix it with a meal or feed it individually as a meal or a snack. Depending on the ferret's appetite, a whole chicken egg could be a full meal.

Another consideration is a possible URI, so keep a close eye on it ciao What is a URI? I keep wanting to read the U as for 'uninary', but that seems unlikely when talking about coughing...
