I was at the butcher today picking up my monthly supply of raw meat for the fuzzies and I was offered a full box of scraps for $3. It’s full of an assortment of pork, beef, and chicken fats and bones. There is a decent amount of meat but there’s a lot of fat. If this is okay to feed I would alternate it with their regular muscle meat or bone in meat every couple days. Is this okay to Add to their diet or should I stick with the usual? (It’s only in a garbage bag so I could thaw it out a little bit to portion)

I include scraps like this all the time~ Get rid of the bits that are mostly fat, but the muscle meat works perfectly well for muscle days

While ferrets get their majority of energy through the fat, which is why we say to offer darker meat cuts vs light meat, eg. thigh vs breast, too much fat is not a good thing either. So you can use some of that meat for muscle meals, and even include a little bit of the fat on some pieces, but not have so much fat included (and there is a lot of fat in those photos).
As for the bones, I didn't see any in there, but beef and pork bones are too dense for ferrets to eat and they will generally just avoid them, so that won't be worth it at all. Chicken bones are fine, weight bearing will need to be smashed up a bit. But keep in mind, bone-in meals mean offering meat with the bone included, not a piece of bone with most of the meat sheared off.
You'll have to decide if it is worth it for you though, since the basic Frankenprey menu only has about 2-4 meals of muscle in any given week anyway. If I recall glancing your one previous post correct, you have several under a year old, so you would technically be offering more bone-in meals in the week, eg. either 8 or 9, versus 7 unless you are actually getting chalky dry poops, meaning you'd be doing around 2, maybe 3 meals of muscle.

Ive decided to just stick with the usual as the scraps are more fat than anything else, I’ll keep a couple pieces to give as a treat here and there but I’d rather know exactly what’s going into their body!

I have also gotten scraps for them before Go through and toss most of the fat, but feed the meat as a muscle meal.
