Yeah, I was really happy to come across that raw store on top of moving to a heavily Asian influenced area. Really saved what I thought i'd be spending in shipping fees.
(Sunday) They ate 3.5oz in the afternoon and all of their slivers, I gave them the same last night they ate none of the slivers it seems.

I kind of lost track of things, I think... they ended up eating all the food from last night this morning, as I don't remember throwing away anything... and then this afternoon I gave them 6 slivers in their soup instead of 8 and they did eat all of those. Tonight will be the usual 3.5oz and 8 slivers.

You are doing great. No worries. They are eating the soup and many, of not all, of the slivers now. Keep going with the mixture you have. It’s working and they are starting to see slivers as food! You have such good little girls.
Nice meat selection! That will make it easier to add in variety.

Last night they ate all their soup and all 8 slivers going to bump it up to 10 slivers this afternoon and probably tonight. They have been doing soo good, i'm beyond grateful for the help. Also I'm making more soup today and i'll be using chicken liver instead of beef. I've done this before and they don't seem to mind the switch between the two.

My two love chicken liver more than beef. Beef is a strong flavor. Some people find that their ferrets prefer the strong flavor. It's nice you have ferrets that are happy either way!
If you have tried a different protein source as the base (besides chicken) you can try those as the slivers as well. No need to mess with it until you have some, but worth putting it out there if you are going shopping some time soon.

I haven't tried any other protein yet besides the beef liver, I wasn't sure what meats to try as the base? just any kind of muscle? (I don't eat much meat myself lol)

Mine love pork. But they also love turkey, quail, and duck. Rabbit around here is too expensive so they haven't had a go with that yet. Just can't see paying $15 a pound! I've tried venison and they only eat it when they have to - LOL.
I would stick to milder meats similar to chicken for now: turkey, quail and duck.

They ate all 10 slivers last night I'm going to give 3.5oz with 10 slivers again this afternoon, if they eat it all again i'll bump it up again tonight. Also I found a last bit of beef liver so i'm going to use that in the next soup after all before I crack open the chicken liver.

Looking good. We will keep and eye on the weight but looks like it is just the adjustment to their new diet. They are doing so good with the slivers. Instead of more you could also try making them bigger. Really depends on what you think they would try. I love how Usagi has her tongue out!

Yeah their weigh in kind of surprised me because they have been eating fairly well. I'm thinking maybe a little more then to bigger? When I do make them bigger should I still keep them long?
lol yeah too bad she moved would have made a cute photo.

A few more is fine. If you go bigger thick in terms of thicker slivers. If you cut like me, some of your slivers are thicker already. Are those the ones left behind or is it just they are full and not eating it all (which is good).

I think they are leaving out the thicker ones. I know Usagi is known take bigger pieces and take it to a corner and not usually eat it, she hasn't done that so far but she used to when I was feeding them the thick soup with chunks.

I think I am misunderstanding your #4. You no longer have kibble at night, correct?
