Here is a couple recent videos of Alice, she's getting around and although she is a special baby her limited mobility doesn't stop her where she wants to go.

Something you may want to consider for her is a flyer. It will give her a feeling of freedom www.facebook.com/groups/137564440151335/ Here are a couple of videos of one of my girls who had a spinal thrombosis First time she had it on: Second time: Complete freedom :

She's adorable, and she obviously loves playing with you! Has she always had trouble walking? Do you know why that is?

She's adorable, and she obviously loves playing with you! Has she always had trouble walking? Do you know why that is? No idea why, she's been that way out of the pet store. I can only speculate, she was a bit of a fear biter when I first got her. It is possible that she might have bit a previous owner and they hit her then returned her back to the store. Since those Marshall ferret containers don't give much room for moving around the employees might have never payed it much thought.
It wasn't swimmers, she was still very young and I put her on high calcium when I got her thinking it would help.
She's over 3 now and she still gets around pretty good when she wants to. If she wants to check out me cooking or a visitor she'll run out of the bedroom and make a dash to her new location before plopping down. She is still very overweight and I bet if I can get her to lose some more it'll be even easier for her to move.
Those flyers look very interesting. When she gets older I will probably get one for her, but right now she's getting around good enough.

Has she seen more than one vet about it? Sometimes one vet might miss something that another will notice or one simply have more experience diagnosing certain issues.
