Do you have a vet to go to tomorrow morning? I am not sure what you mean by cleaning the cage every so often. Do you think that has something to do with her swelling and vagina? What is her diet right now? Does she have access to a bowl of water at all times? Is she drinking? Going to the bathroom? Eating?
Again - vet in the morning would be the best thing.

we got her on the raw diet she has water cleaned every day let her out we were looking at vets but the vets cost 50 dollars to just see her and treatment would bet 20 dollars that means we talking 70 dollars my mom does not have that money.
Unfortunately, this little ferret needs to be seen by a vet. There is no quick fix, no short cut solution. This could be life threatening if left. If it's an infection she's going to need a round of antibiotics, if adrenal it needs to be treated as well. Unfortunately, ferrets are quite costly to care for. ciao
Have your mother look into applying for a CareCredit card. This card can be a lifesaver in an emergency that requires a vet and finances are tight at a specific time. Sadly, as Heather mentioned, ferrets are very expensive to own and care for properly. Emergencies often arise with them at the worst times (eg. at night which requires an ER vet vs regular to save a life). It's generally said to have AT LEAST $1000 set aside per ferret at all times.
I'm gonna link to the CC card for your mom, please tell her to look into it. You can usually apply for them at the vet office as well, or online. This wee girl NEEDS to see a vet, there's just no way around it.

We clean her wee wee up every few hours I am currently at my dads and my mom is texting me updates so far its still swollen but still no sign of pain. I am looking around for vets but lots of ferret vets are not working lile got a day off. Others say it might not be until the 20th they could get an exam. I am so frustrated with this. The vets say on the phone to clean it when it leaks and give her good food. Ugh this is so annoying. 😔🤤😯
Okay, for treatment at the vet I would start with an antibiotic for a possible vaginal infection(cheapest). But odds are she will need a deslorelin implant(which is more expensive). Talk to any rescues that may be around you. They may be able to help you find a cheaper route for either deslorelin every 6 months, or monthly lupron injections.

sherry and heather are giving you good advice get her to a vet asp ferrets dont show pain they hide it and your vet needs to check what is causing this you say she is fixed an incomplete spey can throw up some serious issues or you may be experiencing the beginning of adrenal please get her seen as soon as possible Bev
