As Blue mentioned, I would try the forum soupie
8oz raw chicken thigh (raw) 1 oz raw chicken liver (or other raw liver) 1-2 raw chicken hearts (approximately 1 oz) or 1 oz other raw heart---turkey,duck,beef etc. ½ to ¾ tsp bone meal or crushed egg shell (air-dry egg shell then crush with mortar and pestle or in a clean coffee grinder)
I got a 2 yr old from craigslist that would not eat( I was switching her to raw soupie). She would not feed off my finger or spoon. Periodically, I just gently opened her mouth and put it on the side. Of course she protested every time I did it. She would run from me when she saw me coming. I did force feed her. Yes, she was traumatized and me too:)))) but we survived. I laugh about it now but not then, because all my others took to soupie within a few hours with me working with them, so it was a new experience.

You said you got freeze dried raw. Break that up and add warm water. It's meant to be fed as a wet meal. Make it soupy by mashing with a fork and spoon feed on your lap.

Last night before bed I got him to eat about a Tbl spoon of kibble soupie by adding in quite a bit of ferretone just to try and get something in him before I went to bed. I will try the making the freeze dried soupie right now and attempt feeding it to him then head out to the butcher. Thank you both for commenting..

I would make the raw soupie recipe from here. With one of my newest ones he went on a hunger strike and I too was getting really worried. So I sat him on my lap, scruffed him, and spoon fed him. He didn’t want none of it. But I just kept holding the spoon there until he had no choice but to eat. He eventually ate the whole bowl of about 2oz of soup. It took three or four times.

I got him to eat the raw soupie yesterday after he learned he wasn’t leaving my lap unless he tried to eat whatever concoction i had waiting for him. Now today I found him eating kibble with his sisters already! Feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank all of you so much for all the advice. Little guy is recovering thanks to you!

So glad he decided to eat something Once you can get food into them it will often trigger their appetite. The trick is getting enough in to do that.
