Hospital cage I'm getting my boy castrated soon and need a medical cage to separate him from my other not looking to spend to much on one as I won't be using it much at all

Does keeping your ferret inside that playpen work ? Will my ferret not escape

None of mine has ever escaped from the playpen. HOWEVER...........lol, I did put a carrier in the playpen and found my Phoebe on top of it posing for a jump. She would have not made it, but could have gotten hurt trying. So just give him baby blankets or a sheet to crawl under.

Many do unfortunately escape playpens when healthy. However a sick or injured ferret will tend toward not being as focused on it. Just keep watch and only have in it while supervised.
