Day 1 - PM Feeding
1. Ferret's name: Petey Pablo (soon to be renamed Wade)
2. Ferret's weight: 1053g
3. Ferret's Daily Medications: n/a
4. Ferret has eaten .75 ounces of soupie mixture that my other day 11 switching transition babies are doing. Surprisingly he ate all that was in his small cage bowl.
5. Stools: No reported stools as of yet.
6. Activity levels: 1 hour of free roaming the bathroom as he is being quarantined before being introduced into the current business of 3 ferrets that I own which are more gentler than he is.
7. Weekly menu: Will be moving him along on fast track to match my other 3 since he took to eating their meal easily.
8. Stresses of the day:
- Final feeding of kibble was "morning" according to his previous owner. No time given.
- He was caged all day while his previous owner was working.
- 630pm: Made the pass of ownership via car exchange in his cage. Cage had dried up poop, very little litter, 3 jingle plastic balls, and a hammock.
- 7pm: Once I arrived home with him, he was exploring the bathroom that he will be housed in until I can get him out of quarantine and in to my bedroom cage with his cage mates.
- He is a climber, a jumper, a hisser and a biter.

- Already bit my face:

- He's never had a bed made for him because he went pawing at 2 old t shirts I placed in his guinea pig cage and instantly fell in love and tried to snuggle in between them:

- Scruffed and hissed but was corrected by an Admin to do other methods of discipline and bite prevention methods (thanks Heather)
- Threw away his dig box because it smelled awful but kept his old owners tshirt that he's grown up with.
- Threw away his aluminum tubing (heater tubing)
- Quarantined in a small space (my bathroom) until he has a clean bill of health and calms down before introduced to my current business of 3
- Made the switch to raw because he eats chicken livers according to previous owner. Same menu as my day 11 transition babies
- He's been separated from his bonded friend for over a month now.
- Switching over to raw instantaneously
9. Notes: Definitely going to be a process trying to get him to trust me. Definitely need to keep my face protected at all times and my hands protected from his biting. No hand feeding as he nearly punctured my pinky and drew blood.
